Barry originally started out building for his own personal real estate investment business. Due to the affordable housing shortage he has decided to offer a premium product to help fill that gap to his community. Being real estate investors ourselves, we love to work with other real estate investors to help them build their portfolio

Kris is the operations manager for the company. She is also a licensed Realtor with Long and Foster at the Village of Midlothian. She is our exclusive listing and selling agent.
